Luz Adriana Alzate, egresada de la Universidad EAFIT como Ingeniera de Producci\u00f3n, y quien cuenta con m\u00e1s de 17 a\u00f1os de experiencia en la Compa\u00f1\u00eda, asumir\u00e1 la Gerencia de Divisi\u00f3n Posventa con el objetivo de seguir posicionando el servicio posventa de la marca como uno de los mejores y continuar mejorando la experiencia de los clientes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Son casi dos d\u00e9cadas de trabajo en las que RENAULT-Sofasa ha visto a Luz Adriana formarse como una gran profesional desde que ingres\u00f3 en el 2005 como practicante en la Direcci\u00f3n Log\u00edstica Industrial, pasando por la Gerencia de Planificaci\u00f3n Industrial, la Direcci\u00f3n Comercial, la Gerencia de Zona, la Gerencia de Ventas Externas, la Gerencia de Marketing Posventa y la Gerencia Regional Ventas para llegar finalmente a este nuevo cargo.<\/span><\/p>\n

En una industria que mayoritariamente ha sido representada por hombres, cada vez es m\u00e1s com\u00fan observar c\u00f3mo el n\u00famero de mujeres va en aumento. De los cerca de 1.200 empleos directos de la Compa\u00f1\u00eda, el porcentaje de mujeres en RENAULT\u2013Sofasa para <\/span>junio<\/span> de 2022 ascend\u00eda al 20% del total de empleados de la Compa\u00f1\u00eda, convirti\u00e9ndonos en referente de equidad de g\u00e9nero en LATAM.<\/span><\/p>\n

Y es que, para Renault es un compromiso trabajar por la diversidad y la equidad de g\u00e9nero ya que actualmente la marca cuenta con un 36% de mujeres en roles de liderazgo y el 70% de esas posiciones clave cuentan al menos con una mujer en los planes de sucesi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
